Create a seamless loyalty program offering rewards, savings, priority service, and exclusive consumer benefits.

Havells built decades of trust the slow way reliability, not rewards. The opportunity was converting that trust into something active, a program that gave customers a reason to come back, not just believe. We designed it to feel premium and distinct from Havells’ existing system, with custom illustration signaling a step above the everyday experience. 


Result: one million onboards in year one, lifting active users and actual purchases.
